The safety and security of all members of the MCIU community and their properties is very paramount to the university authority and each member of the institution. That is why we inculcate in our students that safety and security is a collective responsibility. Our team of experienced security experts drawn from the Nigerian Police Force (NPF) and the Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) are saddled with the responsibility of securing lives and properties on and around the campus. The Maintenance and Fire Service departments work hand in hand to ensure public safety. Our extensive electronic installations are maintained from time to time with the appropriate danger signs placed around them. Our industrial fire extinguisher runs through all faculties, offices, residences, and other facilities.
