As the central research and information Centre, Rode Cecil Ibru Library serves the students, staff, faculties of MCIU, and external researchers. It is the basic and significant bibliographical organ of support to the academic programs of the University. It serves as a support not only to teaching but also to research and development activities.
As a provider of scholarly information resources to the MCIU community, the library works with faculty members and students in the discovery, use, and management of information that support their research, teaching, and learning.
